Information security management. Fail often in order to succeed
Security scenario is rapidly evolving and traditional approach is not more effective. Research, innovations, sharing, collaborations are keys for developing a new effective strategy and we need a change also in the management behavior.
In this context we need to prototype and learn a process that need actions before having the answers, stumbling sometimes, figuring out solutions to many small issue so that eventually you have the solution to the largest one.
Moreover we need to increase an effective Information sharing, more collaborations together with innovation and managers need to drive this change. Security is becoming more and more a business issue requiring a tuning not only in process but also in managers.”
