IMPORTANT !

  • Every single part of the plenary and every panel is moderated by two specialists, one Romanian and one from abroad or one from public sector and one from private sector
  • Plenary will have long speeches (statements) and short Q&A while the parallel panels are dealt “Crans-Montana” way with Chatham House rule. This means the presentations will cover less than 2/3 of the panel time and more than 1/3 will be dedicated to discussions between the speakers and with the audience, led by the moderators.
  • Last point: even if some panels or speeches look technical, the rule of the congress is non-technial, non-marketing, i.e. even difficult topics will be rendered easy to understand for the general audience
