IMPORTANT

Every single part of the plenary and every panel is moderated by two specialists, one Romanian and one from abroad or one from public sector and one from private sector.

Plenary will have long speeches (statements) and short Q&A while the parallel panels are dealt “Crans-Montana” way with Chatham House rule. This means the presentations will cover less than 2/3 of the panel time and more than 1/3 will be dedicated to discussions between the speakers and with the audience, led by the moderators.

Last point: even if some panels or speeches look technical, the rule of the congress is non-technical, non-marketing, i.e. even difficult topics will be rendered easy to understand for the general audience.
